GENERAL TRAVEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Spa Travel Greato uses the travel terms and conditions as listed below

Prices
Our prices published on the website: www.greatospatravel.com are stated in $ and valid per person unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Duration
The duration of our tours is stated in days. The number of days always counts 1 more day than the number of nights. For example: a tour from Saturday to Saturday is an 8-days tour (7 nights).

Departure and arrival

Before departure it is mandatory to check your flight ticket if the given information is correct. For delays caused by strikes, enhanced security, weather and possible delays at borders, crossings etc. Greato Spa Travel can not be held responsible.

According to an International rule guests must leave their hotel rooms in the morning on the day of departure.

Reservations
Through the website www.greatospatravel.com you can book your travel arrangements. A reservation can be made either by undersigning a free personal offer or by phone to Greato Spa Travel.

Preferences
When making reservations Spa guests may ask for special preferences. Greato Spa Travel will take full notice of your preferences. You can however get no guarantees or rights from these preferences.

Insurance
The mediation of a medical certificate for insurance purpose is charged with a fee. This medical certificate is issued when all costs are paid through a money transfer to the account of Greato Spa Travel.

Travel documents and payment

Immediately after booking you will receive your travel documents by e-mail. The total payment must be in the Greato Spa Travel account at the latest 5 weeks before departure.

Costs of modification

Up to 4 weeks before departure upon request the reservation can be changed. For the change modifications costs will be charged.

Assistance

Spa guests who need extra help are very welcome but have to take care of their own assistant. This assistant can book the journey without spa treatments.

Obstacles / Complaints

When you meet obstacles or problems during your stay in Romania please report this immediately to Greato Spa Travel. Complaints need to be filled out in a special form. An evaluation form will be sent automatically to the e-mail address after finishing the tour.

Obvious errors

Greato Spa Travel is not bound to obvious errors and mistakes on the internet. Greato Spa Travel reserves the rights to change the published information (including prices) on the internet and in case of errors the right to withdraw the information.

Exclusion of liability

For any errors made by third parties Greato Spa Travel is not liable.
